Standard Residential Service Rates

Availability Fee (for two months)
This fee is paid by each customer, and is in addition to the rate/1000 gallons on water.		 $ 35.00 Plus $1.90 per bill cycle for insurance

Late payment penalty

Bills are due upon receipt and become delinquent at 5 PM on the due date of the bill (30 days after the billing date)     

  • 5 PM 30 days after billing date     $15.00
  • Over 10 days delinquent - meter may be locked     
  • Lock fee (late penalties & bill must also be paid)     $15.00
  • Special meter reading     $  5.00

Meter Tampering

  • First offense- $50.00 + cost of damaged material
  • Second offense-Tap fee in effect at the time of the offense plus cost of damaged material

Seasonal Services

  • Cut-off charge     $15.00
  • Cut-on charge     $15.00
  • Meter testing     $15.00
  • Fee for returned checks/drafts    $35.00
  • After hours cut-on fee (to be paid before meter is unlocked)
